Apologies if this is the wrong spot, but I had to write about my latest (and last) experience with CRAFM.

So I was looking for N320 powder and happened to see that CRAFM had some in stock. I do the click add to cart thing and figured I'd look at other stuff. Well imagine my surprise when I see them selling 5k CCI small pistol primers for $224.99 ! Well heck yeah I'm gonna buy that !

So I pay with my CC and that's it. Well a week and a half goes by and nothing. So I start sending emails to customer service. 2...3....4 emails later I finally get a response. "Sorry, we don't ship powder... order cancelled"...... Huh? I didn't see anything on your website about you not shipping powder. Well ok fine then, how about you just ship me the primers then. "You can always re-order the primers, but at the current pricing".... which is now $490....umm no thanks.

So basically, you screwed up on your pricing, and have concocted a BS excuse to get out of it. A reputable business that cares about customer service would honour the sale, regardless. Don't feed me a line of crap and tell me it's all good.
I'm not the only one they screwed over with this as a few of my buddies ordered the same deal on primers and all they've gotten from CRAFM is crickets.

Last time I'll buy anything from these people.

S&J did a similar thing to me once...I feel your rage.

I also had a similar experience with a site vendor, also with primers, ordered at a decent price and then a week later they cancelled my order with the explanation they had some but they sold them to other folks, no soup for you! More recently a vendor apparently oversold a presold firearm. I got informed a couple weeks after I paid with no real recourse. I should have listened to my rule of not buying presales. Unfortunately, in my excitement and anticipation I now have a bunch of accessories, ammo for gun I possibly will never own. Yet another vendor recently absolutely assured me that they would email, call or text when a certain item would hit their shelves, literally 3 days later I call the fellow to confirm my intentions verbally only to be told "oh those items arrived and are all sold, accounted for" and further implies its my problem that I missed out. I'm like I just emailed you 3 days ago, I thought you were going to absolutely contact me, he quickly looks up my email and replies, "oops my bad". Man so frustrating. Sadly I had happily patronized all three of these vendors in the past but apparently these folks have the same integrity as stock brokers that are happy to blame their misgivings on the phrase that "past performance is not indicative of future results". I am already turning into a grumpy old man and you vendor fellas really don't need to antagonize the process :)

There seems to be that a few of the banner/site vendors on here are shall we say a “little dishonest” in their dealings with us. Some have been caught out and out lying about dealing with us mere mortals (previous threads). Oh well, another vendor to dodge like the plague…

Their in store staff are awesome. Love that place. A nice convenient range in the back too.

Wish I had seen this post earlier. Made an online purchase on 8 Aug and received a confirmation email for the order with an estimated delivery date of 14 Aug. Then nothing, no shipping notification or tracking number. No response to emails.

Bought three pistols from them and numerous other things and they were great. One time they shipped the wrong firearm and I contacted them and they made things right. However, the one I had initially purchased was not the same as pictures and they were ready to take it back, but I decided to keep it although the firearm I received could have been purchased for cheaper elsewhere. But overall I recommend them.
