I have one of his Ranger stocks and I love it. It is great to be able to put the rifle to your shoulder, close your eyes, open them, and have the crosshairs line up perfectly without having to wiggle around. I was not sure what stock to go with, so he pulled out his 6.5x55 target rifle with the Ranger stock on it for me to try out; I fell in love with it as soon as I mounted it to my shoulder.

Ian is modifiying one of his general purpose hunting stocks for my T\C omega as we speak. These stocks are not made for a muzzleloader, but he seemed to enjoy the challenge.

I found the Robertson stock just a little bit better than the McMillan on my Savage. The grip felt better, that was the difference for me.

To build a custom rifle or replace a stock it's the first place I'd look.
