My rimfires a centerfire

I bought a antique O/U Remington derringer looks like someone converted it to a center fire but it only fires on the top barrel.
Will a cut down .41 colt chamber in a derringer? i guess i can use the bottom
barrel to store a second round L.O.L.

You need to make a chamber cast with parafin wax or cerrosafe and confirm the dimensions of your chamber then go through Cartridges of the World to see just what shell matches. This might mean shortening an existing commercially available shell. I also am suspicious that perhaps only the top barrel was changed to centerfire and that is why it does not fire on the lower barrel.

The firing pin ratchet is missing I'm not sure if it would fire on the bottom barrel if i found one or not.I will have to take it apart to see if i can figure it out.

To Bad it dont work on both Barrels a 41 CF Derringer would be way Better than the RF ones cause it would be easyer to Reload ammo.
Im pretty sure a shortened Either Resized or New Starline 41 LC case will work.

Or try a 38 Special case shortened and fireform it if its a tad loose.
