Im not sure if this is where this should be posted or not, but anywho.
I got on my RPAL kick early Nov, got my training course Nov 18, sent all paper work away Nov 30th, got my licence issued Jan 4th, physically had it in my hands Jan 12th (snail mail both ways).
After probly nearly a dozen phone calls to the CFC, I must say that I am very impressed with my overall experience with them. If it was a general inquire, help to fill out my application, checking the status of my application, and finally getting my LTATT issued, everyone was very pleasant and friendly. All politics aside (like them or not), I think people should not be shy or hesitant to contact the CFC anytime, they are there to help.
People who feel it's a hassle to go for a restricted please reconsider, it really is a very straight forward and easy process. Wish I would of done this years ago when all I had was a PAL.
