My go to rifle got a new stock. I wanted a projected so I figured, its time for a laminate stock.
I bought the stock from Richards Microfit Gunstocks. They cost just as much as a Boyds stock but come unfinished. When I say unfinished, I me rough. It was pretty bad. You could see saw cuts... I was disappointed with the whole process dealing with them. They returned no calls or emails. None. I gave up on the stock coming. I ordered a Boyds but they both showed up with in 2 days of each other. Boyds took a week to show up. Richards took 2 months.
This was my first try at bedding as well. Overall Im happy. I'm itching to shoot it. I think Im going to buy a new scope for it..... suggestions? I mainly target shoot with it.
