Let me first say that within my 3 shot group they were all off to the right a touch. Before I adjusted the scope turrets I took another shot paying very close attention to hold the cross hairs on the center vertically thus there is a 4th shot in the mix. After the 4th shot was fired I decided that the scope was set fine. Again I shot off a table with a caldwell gun rest and the shells are accubonds. If I didn't see it myself I might not beleive it either! I can assure you Savage rifles are shootin MOFO's PERIOD!
I have a model 99 in .300 savage that was made in 1954 that shoots 3/4", with federal classics in either 150 or 180 grain.
