My SigM400 likes Hornady Varmit Ammo

My Sig has expensive taste in Ammo,

I was out at the range Wednesday I found this ammo pretty good with the 1 in 7 barrel twist. The Hornady varmit ammo shot nicely out of my M400

Anyway it so nice to be able and get out and shoot although it got cold below freezing with a decent wind chill its nice to get out and shoot and shoot the breeze with the guys.

Try rolling your own, you'll be amazed at the results you can get. My Norc loves Hornady 52gr A-max bullets with 22.8gr of H-335, wich gives me half inch groups at 50 yards.

I just rolled some Vmax 55 grainers and then some 75 grain boat tails with Varget. Going to the range tonight and see how they group. I will test a few brands out for kicks and might do a review. I dinked around with my scope so I have to re-center but that shouldn't take too long. I have 2 pounds of H335 so I willgive your formula a try during the summer. What's your barrel twist?

I love my M400! So far I've shot some Norc and American Eagle out of it with no issue. It's an accurate rifle.
Should be getting my Geissele trigger next week. I find the trigger is really heavy on it. The stock one is around 7.6 pounds.

Yeah the trigger is a bit heavy on my rig but that's ok for now. Let me know how it goes.
