Hey guys, this is my small game rig (if you can even call it that)Ok, its not a "firearm" It is an XS-B4 .22cal air rifle. It spits lead at a scorching velocity of 490-5 fps consistently with 16gr ammo. Yes, this rifle puts out a whopping 8.7FPE, but this is enough to tackle squirrel out to 40 yards max, and rabbit a but further (they tend to be pansies, he he) I have to check up on regs, but i hope i can go take some grouse with it when they are in season. The glass on top is just a cheap powerline 3x9x32, but it works well. You may ask why i dont use a "real" rifle, well... thats because i think they are for girls!!... just kidding. Im 15... almost 16, so in two years, ill have myself some bang sticks :dancingbanana:

Just thought i would share it with you guys. (i never said it was pretty)

Hopefully its ok to post this seeing as its not a firearm... if not, just let me know.

I love the summer, but I hate the ####in birds in my backyard. I wish I had something like that the other day that kill those mother ####ers. On and on, tweet tweet tweet cackoo click cackooo click he goes..... hes gonna die one day.

Anyways, nice rifle. Start saving your pennies for guns now, you'll thank your self later.

Yes it is. Im really not wanting to put any more money into this cheap rifle, its just not worth it. I could always just take it off, i just wanted to barrel to look a bit thicker. Maybe ill just make a shroud for it.

Thats to bad. I live in a city so i cant just go shoot outside... uhh *oops. The reason they let me have them is because we do have land for me to shoot on. Two cottages, one way up on lake superior, pretty much unlimited space up there, and my uncles land (He is currently the OFA President Gerry Kamenz) He has looooots of land. I am also responsible and mature (ha ha)

Its cool, I wish my rents let me have guns when I was your age.

X2...wait...x100...or more.

It's super cool! I didn't own a gun until after I started a 'real' job.....then went crazy with it...I guess to make-up for lost time. I try to shoot lots and often! Now have taken LOTS of different critters from squirrels to deer and EVERYTHING in between!

It's great you're out there hunting and shooting!

Have fun! SD :canadaFlag:

Good going there ... Looks a lot like the gun I learned with back when I was in grade school. I'd dump the scope and learn to use the iron sights though, you can always put it back on whenever you feel like doing "precision" work.

Yea, i used to shoot a lot with the irons. But past 15 yards with the stock sights i wouldnt count on getting groups getter than 2" ctc. Now on the other hand, i have a different air rifle, and it has really nice opens, i strictly use them on that rifle.

Good stuff, I remember my parents bought me my first air rifle when I was nine, one year after my grandfather gave me his Cooey M60 .22 :D . Airguns are lots of fun and cheap to feed. Like someone else said, start saving for the real thing now.
Cheers

Oh, im saving all right :D I just cant wait! Like most, i will most likely just get a .22lr to start, then a shot gun (duh) I cant wait to see what new guns come out in two years :)
