I like matching numbers on firearms, if I can help somebody out that's my pleasure....kinda like winning the lottery though!

Nothing worse than finding a nice collectible firearm and then the bolt is a mis-match.

Sometimes you get lucky and find number matching parts. I bought a bunch of Lee Enfield parts which contained a early first year LB bolt which I had for about 1 1/2 years then I bought a first year LB which I planned to restore as I had the parts. It had a first year bolt but non matching. I check my parts and thought the bolt number was close. Numbers matched. Sometimes the stars line up.
