My stupid shotgun choke question

Can you somehow change a fixed IC choke to a fix full choke?

By the slim chance you could, any idea where you would get it done and how much it would cost?

If it could be done, it would have to be swagged.

It may be cheaper to get another barrel.

It could also be machined similar to a choke tube installation and an insert soldered in place. I did that to an old Model 97 that was cylinder bore. It worked well. A lot of work though... If I was to do another one it would be no less than $150.

Why do you need full choke - not planning on using steel shot?

Yeah, I'd be curious about the 'why' as well. I don't think I've ever seen anybody ask that question. I'll bet you're a waterfowler, right?
