so after many failed attempts i could not find a .338 Lapua Magnum load (from factory) that would fit in my MDT .338LM Magazine, so i took matters into my own hands quite literately. i took the chassis off my action and filed down the mag well from a starting point of 3.715 all the way up to somewhere around 3.850 . it was Alot of work and im still not completely happy with it, but now the chassis fits the longer Accurate Mags. it dosent look amazing but for my upcoming hunting season ill be glad i can load 5 shots at once instead of just one at a time. if anyone would like pictures ill try to post them but honestly you wont be able to see to much. i was more or less posting this because i looked all over the internet and could not see a solution to my issue. so maybe this will help someone else. and if anyone from MDT is looking at this, maybe a future revision of the chassis could include a bigger mag well from factory?

no actually im hunting lions with special names XD (im actually moose hunting but my options due to a broken gun are 338LM and a 243. yes i know you CAN kill a deer with the 243, but i want to drop that thing when and where i want to, not have it run another kilometer.)
