I ordered a Savage Axis 223, some ammunition and some accessories.

I called March 6th early morning 9:30 (just as soon as they opened up shop knowing that if i called later on they wouldnt have the time to help me), i kept making additions to my shipment which prolonged delivery meaning they couldn't dispatch a driver for UPS that day.

They asked for Delivery Address, a copy of my License's and a written confirmation of what i needed, which is standard practice for phone orders. I do the same in my industry.

They dispatched UPS On March 7th, UPS picked up late night, i called near lunch time and they supplied me with my tracking numbers.

I just checked UPS tracking info and it says Ill be receiving it tomorrow, March 8 by end of say.

I've never seen service like that anywhere, except for another sponsor which ill be writing about in the next day or two when i receive that package.

This will definitely not be my first time dealing with these fine CGN sponsors.

Thank you Paul for the wonderful experience.

I couldn't agree more. I just purchased a S&W 500 (a little tax return gift for myself) and the whole experience went very smoothly. Aside from a little delay to ship it, probably due to the holiday weekend, I received my gun in less than two weeks, shipped to Alberta. They were great to deal with on the phone and I will be buying from them again, fore sure!

I always go there when we visit my wife's grandma in Orillia. It's a five and a half hour drive for us. Great place to handle before you buy. I just bought a pistol a couple of weeks ago. I had been seeing it in their used inventory and took down the stock number, got to look at it so I took it home (well, had to get it shipped). If you are patient and can wait your turn to get to the counter, you will have a nice experience. I've bought milsurp rifles over the phone (sight unseen once) from them and have not been misled by their descriptions.

Too bad it's so far....

Ellwood Epps is the Best .... went there Friday and traded off couple older rifles for a store credit ... then applied it to the purchase of a new XBolt,Scope, Mount/rings, and a box of ammo .... left there a happy camper ... Saturday took said new rifle to range and was very pleased 4" high @ 100yrds not much tweaking to do at all.... cudos to the guys at the gun counter ... cant wait till get to go there again... : )

I've had good experiences with them. Very briefly in store on my way through, and with ordering. Though I swear my AG42b came with more protective wrapping than any of the glassware I've ever ordered :D.
