My winter coyote hunts in pictures

These are fantastic photos - I love the variety of angles and subject focus as well as the landscape. Impressive haul - great work!
 
Great post . I was scrolling down threw the photos enjoying each one and then I came to the photo of you . I thought heck If I'd run into you in the woods I'd think that I had ran into a Yetti in camo . great shooting and as someone else said a 222 must still be a viable round . I shot a 222 years ago and I noticed it was quieter than a 223 . so I thought . my Mother grew up in Alberta on a cattle farm . not sure where though . and that pickup truck full of coyotes is great . it made me smile . keep getting the little bastards .

Yep that ghillie suit has helped a ton over the years. Just find a snow patch and sit down and your completely hidden.
That's why I keep shooting the 222 is the noise level is way down which gives me more opeortunity for doubles.
