Knowing you guys, it wont be a mystery long. Im just not aware of what these are.

I have a 5 round stripper clip with 5 rounds headstamped "45 43 kam St+"

Primer has a blue lacquer on it

Got them from an old mauser i believe when i was a kid (dont remember too well) so they may be a type of mausers ammunition.
 
Sounds like German wartime 8x57. The number at 9 o'clock is the two-digit year code, with the lot number at 6 o'clock.

St+ means lacquered steel case with reinforced case bottom.

kam is the maker "HASAG", Eisen-u. Metallwerke GmbH., Werk Skarzysko-Kamienna, Polen.
 
It is German WWII ammo produced in the Polish factory listed above. If on a 5 round stripper, it could be 7.92x57 Mauser or 7.92x33 Kurz.
