Mystery case

I'm sure this is a no-brainer for some of you gun gurus out there, but being relatively new to rifle cases, it's a mystery to me. Found this case at the range (on the 50yd pistol range, no less). Headstamp only reads WCC 55; here it is beside a .308Win, 7.62x54R and .338 Lapua Magnum.

So... What is it?
