Mystery concealed carry holster

Hi,

I found this holster while cleaning my reloading bench and I don't know what pistol it is for. It must have come in some lot or other that I bought at auction years ago.

Hopefully someone can Id it. Each small square measures 1 cm

Going By trigger guard outline I would have to say cz75 or beretta?

Looks like a CZ SP01

Looks like an inside the waistband holster. By the one clip design, possibly an appendix carry. Odd choice if it’s really for a SP-01 or even a regular CZ75.
