Hello all.
I got a mag, was labeled as NP22. But when I got to try it, it does not fit my np22, not even close. There are no markings on it to give a clue either. I think from looking at pix on the net that it is a beretta 92 mag but not positive. I was hoping that some one here might be able to identify it.
They do look almost identical and the measurements I took are "the same" with the major exception of the catch slot which is a lot lower than the other. but when compared to a pix of a 92 mag looks to be in the same place. It is a typical double stack to single feed 9mm pinned to 10.
the pix the one with the powder coat bullet is a factory NP22 mag and the jacketed one is a mec gar p226 mag. the empty one is the mystery one. And I did check it against my cz75 mags and it is the same story, catch is much to low.
As I can not use it ( nor buy a gun to fit it
) I would like to sell it on, but would like to be able to say what it is in the add if possible.
