Mystery scope - I.D. help please

Hi everyone,

Trying to get an identification on a scope (and ballpark value).

Doesn't look recent. All metal (including the screw-on caps for the adjusting screws). Has illuminated reticle. No brand name visible anywhere. the only thing visible is the power, 3x-9x40wide.

That looks like an older Hakko scope, Ruko imported those in the past.

They are at the lower end of price these days.
