N00b: Can CZ-858 Iron Sight be used with Fab Defense Rail

About to pick up a CZ-858, already looking at accessories. I have browsed through a couple hundred pages of posts but couldn't quite find an answer on this. I just want a lower rail (to be honest) but it seems like I can only buy the top or both. With the FAB D front end can I still shoot iron sight? It looks elevated.

Works fine, not high enough to cause a problem

Doesn't get in the way...unless you mount something on it.

If you're not mounting anything on it, it's not in the way, but it's also pointless.

Thanks for the quick answers. I understand it would be pointless but since I can only buy the combo I might as well put it on(real plastic look is better than wood plastic). I might put something on it eventually.

It is a good enough rail, but even the lowest red dots won't cowitness on that puppy.
