Recently bought this rifle from a CGN EE frequent flyer. Can honestly say I was not aware that North America Arms Co. used FN Mauser actions.

This one is a Model 90D in 30-06. A classic look to the outfit, complete with a Williams Twilight 4X scope, a Cooper-Weeks sling, Weaver rings, a Mershon "White Line" recoil pad. It has weird rifling, very busy with multiple lands. Can't wait to give the old outfit a workout.

Does anybody have one of these rifles? I am aware of the SAKO barreled actions used by NAACO. I think I have ended my quest for an old school 30-06 hunting rifle with some character and class. Yes, I realize that other makes and models do exist, but this one seems to be right at home.

Thanks in advance for any info, history, and/or experience with a Model 90C or 90D. :)

IIRC, I once owned a .308 for a short while. Methinks it had a SAKO action. Dumba$$ thing to have sold it.

Well, I took the NAACO out for a quick run one afternoon. Didn’t like my reloads, so I cranked a couple of factory rounds. Whoo doggies, does it kick! Will try some different loads another time. It is such a sweet old rifle, I am hoping to find its sweet spot.
