I had this NAACO Grizzly with one of those Bushnell scopes with the integral base, I found out the scope was mainly good for up to 50 yards or so, beyond that, was pushing it's optical quality. I changed it out for a 20 year old Tasco scope I have had, I used Weaver tip off rings, I really wanted the high rings but they did not have them. It's possible for a left hander to manipulate the bolt of as you can see in the video clip. I will try her out again soon.

During the big battle at the end of the movie Saving Private Ryan, the sniper used his left hand to manipulate the bolt on his rifle. not the same rifle that you have...but im sure you could pull it off his style if you cant get yours to work for ya :)

I want to know more info about this company, there is scant little, all I was able to find was a reference to a company of the same name that made 1911a1 pistols in Montreal in the premises formerly occupied by the Ross Rifle Company, and of course the .45 NAACO Brigadier, which the Americans took as their own and renamed the .45 Winchester Magnum.

Naaco

I have NAACO No.10 "Grizzly" .22 single-shot that my father gave me when I was nine (about 42 years ago). Was originally a bright red stock which I eventually stripped.
