Looking to book a plains game safari in Namibia in 2009 and looking to hear any experiences others may have with outfitters in this country....thanks!
 
Check out the Wild tv web page, i see alot of hunting on there from Namibia, i know Thompson Center One good shot, the show they do alot there and are always flogging the outfitters, as well Jason Peterson's hunting show, he is actually looking for guys to book with a group and film down there!
 
Actually kind of looking for some first hand experience....talked with several outfitters there and have narrowed it down to a couple but just looking to talk with some people that have been there...thanks
 
Check out the Gras ranch, www.zingelasafaris.com I hunted with them in July this year lots of animals and a first class operation , I killed Kudu, Gemsbok, Impala, Cape Eland , Blue Wildebeest, Red Hartebeast, Springbok,and Blesbok. Granted it was my first safari so I have nothing to compare it with but I could not have been happier with the trip and would'nt hesitate to book with them again.

hunt365, feel free to post and let everyone in on the wisdom. I think GT only gets twisted with linking to non-member dealers, no talk of restricting talk of booking agents and safari companies.
