Not 100% sure but you are probably right. But at that price you could get Irunguns or Az te c to import. It is $300 off the price of Midway USA.

Talked with Mary at Natchez they will not ship any scopes to Canada,those weavers looked interesting. Remember you will probably get knocked for duty and taxes as well as the Irgun fee.
