I wish Canadian military museums could attract the funding needed for a museum like that. Unfortunately Government funding is virtually non-existant and there is nothing here like the private donations in the States.

I volunteer at an Air Museum and an Army museum and both struggle to make ends meet. Most things such as display cabinets and mannequins are what we can scrounge for free.....

Anyone care to donate $30 million so we can build a new home for the Martin Mars?

Awesome post. My wife and I planned a 2 week trip down there when the pandemic shut us down. We figured we could shoot a couple of Cowboy matches on the 2 weekends and visit the museum mid week. If your going to make trip for this museum, don't forget to add on a few extra days and visit the 133,000 sq ft Buffalo Bill museum in Cody Wyoming. The firearms portion alone took me 4 hours alone.
