I've just threaded and fitted a new barrel to a Navy arms rolling block action. I'm finding that when the block is shut it is hard up on the left side but tapers out to a .003 gap on the right side of the block. The tenon measures out completely square. I would like some advice on how to rectify this situation. Should I make a dummy shaft/guide and lap the breach block face, or should I carefully scrape, file, sand the barrel face to fit using Prussian blue. Any other ideas would be welcome. Thanks Richard
