This was on the EE a few weeks ago. I grabbed when I saw what it was. Well used but original. Early 41 built before they ran out of tangent sight slides. All matching, e/103 throughout.

Has one correct mag, but Needs another e/103 mag of anyoke has one or e/613, or e/140, basically any german high power mag would be ok.

I would bet a tidy sum, the gun had never been apart. It was beyond dirty. Love getting guns this way. Untouched. Cleaned up fairly well, but still well used.

Very nice Hi Power you have! I get a kick out of those tangent sights, they just ooze optimism.

I understand its a collector piece. I reckon that the Belgians started to play with tolerances while under the occupation? Making the firearms less robust and dangerous? Am I on the right track? This is a sweet gat with history tight there.

Meh... Bluing is gone, someone applied bird-like markings. Too much used and abused. Totally ruined HP. Almost new C-series would cost twice less!

They did not sacrifice quality. Except in the finishing Dept when the Germans demanded more output. What they did do, like other occupied firms was drag their feet. Output under german supervision dropped significantly. Constant excuses, mixups, delays, etc.
