That is brass that was made at one time by North Devon Firearms Services in England. They made reloadable brass for that caliber. If memory serves me correct Elwood Epps used to market them and even had some brass from them headstamped EPPS.

Back in the "old days" North Devon Firearm Services made custom reloading dies, brass and the "Wamadet" reloading press, I think the owner was Jim, not sure if the operation is still a going concern or even if Jim is alive today. I lost touch when we emigrated in 82, he made the .450/.400 dies for my first English double rifle, the quality of all NDFS products was always top notch.

Thank you very much huntermb- could not find that info in all my books!

Only have about 8-10 empty brass in 577-460 & have no idea what to charge for it.

Also have all brass 12 & 10 guage shells as well- any idea on price for these items as well.

Wouldnt sell but have no firearm for them.

Thanks John One hopes Jim is still alive & doing well. We lose to many of those who possess the knowledge of old things & old ways, never mind the craft & skill sets!
