A couple items of interest regarding our new chassis

- Its machined from 6061 T6 Billet AL and finished with a type 3 hard black anodize

- The upper and lower are match machined on the last op to produce a perfectly mated pair

- is completely compatible with all AR grips, stocks and free float quad rails

Looks good. Your making a lot of stuff, ever going to manufacture a whole firearm?

I suck at keeping secrets so here it goes. I have a whole pile of blanks coming in, .233, 7.62x39, 9mm, .22 etc. as well we are now cutting chips on 14" and 12" rem 870 barrels. We are even going to be able to make good on our promise of an 858 short barrel made in stainless steel.

The thought was for this chassis to be a stepping stone to a non restricted 9mm carbine that uses glock mags and takes AR furnature.......... Now that we have a steady supply of high end 9mm blanks there really is nothing holding us back.

:dancingbanana: I don't know how this could ever fail.

Please do this.
This is what we need here in Canada.Even a shortie restricted version would be good.

we shall see. Sounds like a nice project to tackle in the dead of winter from the warmth of my home office.............. aka "the bunker"

I applaud your intentions, but designing a firearm is quite a bit different than designing rails and chassis systems. I'm sure given enough time you will pull it off, but I'm sure it will take much longer than one winter season to even get a set of workable design plans together. Getting it out there on store shelves? I bet three years minimum.

Looking forward to what you have in mind though, especially when it comes to design of the action.

Great job on the 10/22 chassis, looks very nice.

Its been on and off the shelf for over a year now. Its not something we are 100% committed to at this point. My comment on working it during the winter would hopefully end with a working prototype spring/summer........... if we even go through with it.

Everyone and their dog says non-res pistol calibre carbine that takes common pistol magazines in their 'what do you want' posts.

I take it that the chassis you made for the 10/22 is like the Nordic for the SR22? And just wraps around the factory receiver?
