Hey Folks,

I have a NEA 10.5" AR on the way and am already looking to upgrade the furniture on it...

The website states it uses a 6-position mil-spec stock, yet the operations manual states it uses a commercial stock...

Anyone know which is true?

All current new NEA carbines use a mil-spec buffer tube...

^^^Thank you Sir!!

Their site does state conflicting information, so I guess I'll just have to wait until it arrives to confirm!!

I own two, I've changed the stocks, both are mil-spec.

If there is conflicting info send them an email I sure its just an oversight or something that just got missed, their customer service is very good.

If you are buying a new one, I'm sure it will be mil spec as they switched from commercial over a year ago. If it is used, then I'd wait until you get it before buying a new stock as it could be either depending on when it was made.
