Does anyone know the actual bore diameter of the NEA 7.62x39 barrels? I'm also curious on the twist rate, I believe it's 1:7 but I can't confirm it or find the specs anywhere. Has anyone ever slugged one of these?

I'm considering using an NEA 7.62 barrel in an upcoming build and I'm curious what the actual diameter is. I know the standard bore diameter for 7.62x39 is .310", but it's not uncommon to find rifles chambered in 7.62 with bores Ranging from .308"-.312" so I would like to know for sure before ordering one.

Why do I care? I happen to have a bunch of 7.62 brass and will likely be doing some hand-loading, ideally I want to optimize the correct bullet diameter and possibly experiment with different bullet weights. I realize there is an abundance of surplus 7.62 available and 99% of you couldn't be bothered in reloading 7.62, but that's not the point.
