Interesting. Another case of "if everything else fails, read the Manual."
The OP fires 500 rounds of ammo that is known for it's fouling, disregards the powder build up and continues to fire it, blowing off the extractor, then jams a bore brush in the barrel. To make this even better, he takes a whippy cleaning rod and hammers it into the barrel to really jam things up. And he's got THREE bent cleaning rods to prove it.
OF COURSE IT IS THE MANUFACTURERS FAULT. Does not everyone here realize that!
But then again, I belong to the "Take it to a good Gunsmith if you don't have a Clue on what your are doing" School of Thought.
I might suggest here that the original problem was caused by the nut behind the butt plate.
