Nea blast shield

Anyone gave it a try yet and care to review it ?

Is the muzzle break alone good for muzzle flip ?

How is it with the shield screwed on ?

I searched and didnt find anything and didnt get any answer when I asked on the thread about it. So either nobody bought it "because NEA" or I'm not the only one struggling for some range time

There is unquestionably a high anti NEA attitude around here...possibly with some justification. After using some NEA parts in my recent build I can honestly say give her a go if it is what you want and let us know how it works. I am kind of interested myself after seeing it. I was recently battered by a muzzle brake shooter at the range the other weekend, and now think a blast shield might be a more considerate thing to do when other shooters are in close proximity.

I spoke to a guy who bought 2... And returned them unfired:

Both blast shield wouldnt thread properly to the muzzle brake and finish made them look used... One didnt have any markings on it (which isnt bad itself, not advertising for free) but it speaks a lot about QC in that shop...

Not ready to spend 120$ on an unrated/unreviewed product from NEA yet...
