For you guys who own a NEA fitted with the CSS, what swivel are you using that fits on the sling attachment point that is under the buffer extension? It has to be less that 1" to fit between the arms of the stock and I haven't been able to find anything that narrow, all swivels are 1 1/2 inches wide.

It fits. I just install mine at a bit of an angle as pictured below. I'm a righty but if you are left handed I suspect it would be more comfortable to angle it the other way.
