NEA rail for the Swiss Arms available anywhere?

No one seems to have these in stock. Did NEA discontinue them along with their 10/22 line?

I was pretty disappointed to find my Sparc doesn't cowitness on top of my Kyle rail on my Black Special. Disappointed x2 now to find the NEA rails that have the integral Sparc mount are made of unobtanium.

Someone point me in the right direction.

Couldn't tell you, but I do know that both have their mounts screwed onto the bottom which themselves might be different heights. The optics without their mounts screwed directly onto the rail might be the same height. Either way, if the dot on my Sparc sits slightly higher than an Aimpoint would...I'm ok with that, as long as I have full use of the irons with the optic mounted.
