NEA Stripped Lower SPECIAL, All SOLD

NEA had about 50 lowers made with duplicate serial numbers so the duplicates are being sold off heavily discounted. To correct the problem they stamped a "Z" at the end of the serial number so a good number of them will end in a Z. These are all brand new production lowers. $94.95 each.

Maybe. CFO might pitch a fit since you don't have a "Recognized reason" for owning such a thing. A recognized reason being a paid membership to a club. Though, it's registered as a "Frame/receiver only" rather than a complete rifle, so they might let it slide. Never know until you try. $94.95 is a great price for a stripped lower, might as well grab one while you can.

Unless things have changed recently, in Ontario all you have to provide is the name of the club you are thinking of joining in order to buy a restricted firearm.
