The '43, if it an intact rifle could be worth $200-$400 depending on condition. The '45 was done up as a target rifle. It has a round cocking piece, which is odd on a '45. Target rifles may have been worked over, and may have been shot a lot. The sight is worth $100-$150, the 2" Parker Hale sling $30, and the king screw swivel $10-$15. Check the rifle over very carefully - it may appear to be "mint" but it could also be somewhat worked over. If it is crisp and unaltered, with a fine bore, it should be worth something in the $500+ range, although it might not be as saleable as a service rifle in comparable condition.
OK, saw the other photos. The large hole in the left side of the butt socket is to allow a PH5A sight to be installed. This hole really hurts value.
The wood seems quite light coloured. Is it Cdn marked? Could be birch, but other '45 LBs I've seen were stocked in rather dark walnut. It would not be unusual for a target rifle to have been restocked.
