Cool hunting video from 1940 - kind of the precursor to todays hunting shows.

One of the most interesting things for me was the border crossing from USA to Canada. How the world has changed.

 
The flag they salute of their neighbour is the Union Jack, lol. Silvertips so no need for the tracking dog, Model 71 348 Winchester, good choice, this sure looks like a Winchester sales video. Great video, this guy filmed it like a show today, thanks for sharing.
 
They don't show the boys buying out of province hunting permits, I hope that didn't make anyone coming here careless about them. Also, the guide takes a cigarette out of a Canadian pack, not an American one, but Yanks of that era were for some reason spooky about everyone else in the world not having any- WWI experience I guess.
 
Need to find these Silvertips! Insane how fast they drop the game. No waiting needed, fire and run right to the kill.
