Neat Ukraine sniping video

Not sure wether he means its illegal to reload , because of the bullets having either a open tip or plastic tip , ie not FMJ , rather than reloading period .

The ammo manufacturing license is required to be able to produce/reload non- hunting calibers in Ukraine. The guy who reloaded in the clip is a volunteer. His activity is formally out of law.Ukrainian snipers operate with calibers .308, 7.62x51 and .338lapua. I also saw a couple of Barretts .50 in the war zone this spring, but they are very rare.

You think they'd make an exception for hunting Russians... It'd be like California or Quebec insane to apply that law to those guys.

Search the web site War Is Boring for an article on how the Mosin Nagant is still a viable and relevant weapon as a sniper rifle in the Ukraine conflict plus lots of other neat articles.--Dieseldog!
