Neck sizing with FL sizing die

Is it possible to neck size only with a FL sizing die? If so, how do I go about doing so with my lee FL die, how do I set it up.

Actually, it's called partial re-sizing. By setting the FL die about the thickness of a dime above the shell holder, only the neck and the upper part of the case gets re-sized. The shoulder is left alone ie not set back during re-sizing.

I use this method of re-sizing on all my reloading. However, after 5-6 reloading cycles, the cases can be a little stiff chambering. If the brass is still good, I simple full-length re-size then on subsequent loading I go back to partial re-sizing

definetly full length size, i rushed and only neck sized and a round was jammed in my gun, the lower part of the case was too swollen and jammed the bolt shut
