Neck Turning for .308

How many of you neck turn .308Win?
What are the results?

I have Lapua brass for .308Win and am working on developing my sweet load. After few sessions, I have pretty much two loads going head to head. One is a Lapua Scenar 155 with Varget 45.5gr and with OAL 2.803" second is SMK 175 with Varget 43.1gr and same OAL.
I have neck turned 10 cases to see what they will give me.

What is your take on turning necks in .308Win?

How much did neck wall thickness vary before you turned the cases?
How were groups before and after turning?

I have shaved 0.002" and all are same size now. Unshaven vary in thickness, by 0.001"
Neck turned brass was not tried yet at the range.

Unless you have a tight necked chamber I wouldn't bother neck turning Lapua brass.

Neck turning my 308 lapua brass has made absolutely no difference in accuracy for me. I would focus more effort in things like proper headspace IMO.
