necking 300 rum to 338 rum ??

Just wondering if i can do this ?

I was thinking of trying to neck up the 300 rum Nosler brass to 338 rum.

If i can how would i go about it ? What tooling would i need ?

If it's any help, the .300 Ultra necked up to .338 is the .338 Edge. This conversion is a simple one pass neckup in a .338 Edge die. The .300's shoulder is slightly farther ahead than the .338 Ultra so your conversion would involve pushing the shoulder back as well. Whether that is a big deal or not I don't know, but it wouldn't surprise me much to see a doughnut forming at the base of the neck from getting into the thicker body brass.
