NEED .300 win mag reloading recipes

Hi all, I got my Lee die fixed up no problems, and now want to know if there are any good recipes out there for my .300 win mag.
Since I am a virgin reloader, any safe starting loads and max loads would be appreciated. Here are my gun specs and what I have purchased to start reloading.
Savage 116 FCSS (synthetic,stainless,drop clip) in .300 win mag
Lee challenger kit with lots of extras

100 once fired brass from my gun (40 federal/60 winchester)
200 winchester large rifle magnum primers
1 Lb reloader 22
1 Lb reloader 19
50 Nosler 180 gr. Accubonds
50 Barnes 165 gr. Triple shock X bullets:runaway:

If anyone has any good recipes for any combination of these components to make a decent - good hunting load, I would appreciate it. It doesnt need to be taking out nickels at 600 yards. Just reliable hunting loads will do. Thanks in advance to any and all who helped me out.:dancingbanana::sniper::)
 
I'm a total newb to reloading as well. If you haven't puchased a reloading manual yet, I'd recommend you buy at least one, preferably 2 or 3, and read them cover to cover, repeatedly. I went through both my manuals at least 3 times each before I even put my press together. It's only this coming sunday that I even plan to open my powder. If you have a manual that you've read and know better than your favorite pet, that's great, and I'm sorry for wasting your time, but I doubt you'd be asking a question like that if you had. I've got your guns slow cousin, the stevens 200 in 300 WM and it's a LOT of gun to be fooling around with when it comes to something like loading ammunition. Better safe than very sorry. Good luck.

I've got 2 books but they dont list any loads for the specific bullets I bought.
The accubond could probably use shared data with similar jacketed bullets, but I am having a hard time finding any real info about the barnes solid copper X bullets in 165 grain. I have seen some recipes but none with reloader 22 powder or reloader 19. Also, the primers in the recipes are different and the brass seems to be always from Norma or some other company. I live in Yellowknife, N.W.T. and component selection is EXTREMELY limited here. Thats why I bought what I have. There was no other more commonly used items for sale which have readily available recipes on line or in my books. Thanks to all who can help me:nest:

My Nosler manual (5th edition) has listings for the 180gr. saying that RL22 was the most accurate powder tested. The most accurate load tested with each kind of powder is marked with a '*' The test loads for this data used Winchester casings, Fed. #215 primers, in a 24" 1-10" twist barrel.

180gr Bullets
RL22 - 71.5gr = 2928FPS
- 73.5gr = 3023FPS
- 75.5gr = 3118FPS (Max Load) *

RL19 - 69.0gr = 2890FPS *
- 71.0gr = 2980FPS
- 73.0gr = 3070FPS (Max Load)

The manual also has data on the 165gr bullets by Nosler but not Barnes. But this is the data anyway. With this bullet weight, RL19 was the most accurate powder tested.

165gr Bullets
RL22 - 75.0gr = 3110FPS *
- 77.0gr = 3200FPS
- 79.0gr = 3290FPS (Max Load)

RL19 - 71.0gr = 2982FPS *
- 73.0gr = 3087FPS
- 75.0gr = 3192FPS (Max Load)

I have had fantastic results with teh 168 gr Barnes TSX(data is the same) with 75 gr of reloder 22, and a fed 215m primer. I've used pretty much only remington brass, but work up. In my rifle with a 24.5 inch barrel I get close to 3200 fps and it is devastating on game. I've killed or watched killed with the same load abotu 20 deer, a moose and african animals ranging in size from a kudu to a mountain reedbuck (750 lbs to about 60).

With the TSX bullets they are sensitive to distance from the lands. Start at .050 and if unsatisfied move closer 5 thou at a time.
