Hey guys im looking for a good 14.5 barrel for build. What would you suggest. I just finished a build a few months ago and used a nea 10.5 but i would like to try something else this time. I will be putting it on a aero precision m4e1 upper with a 15" mlok hand guard. I dont want to go cheap but dont want to break the bank either.

I think S&J hardware have 14.5" M4 step cut bbls. still available at prices your bank account will appreciate. Don't forget Brownells. The paperwork isn't that onerous. All you need is a little patience and you can take advantage of some fantastic deals.
best barrel out there is the FN barrel, they found a way to hard chrome very uniformly so you get a barrel with long life and very good accuracy. Spikes are using them and probably some others. go here www.brownells.com/rifle-parts/barre...6-hammer-forged-carbine-barrel-prod45463.aspx

I'm running a 14.5 Midlength Spikes CHF barrel on mine. It's made using a FN blank and the accuracy and handling have been great. Check out Brownells like Barsik suggested. If your going to go with a 14.5 barrel and a 15 handguard make sure you have a muzzle device like a Noveske KX3 to extend past the handguard.
