the story:
I decided ty buy an action on EE for 550$,
I send the PAL,info etc and the cash via EMT
The next day I found that the action won't fit so I mailed back the seller asking him if he would be kind to let me back up...
He told me that he had an another buyer and there was no problem and the other guy maked the deal with him.
He told me that he will refund my cash in 48h. It's been 96 h and he's not answering the pm and I know that he's online. I send him a pm that is saying if don't want to refund me he just have to ship me the action ( that I already paid the shipping). No answer and he's on and off the forum.
Whant can I do before passing to a next level.
Need advice people, I never had that kind of problem, That's the first time I'm backing up and even that I'm ok to take my mistake with me and receive the action...
C'mon guys help me

I would pm him and mention that if he fails to respond and refund your cash that you will contact the Moderator and that you will post his username on this forum in this post, so that everyone will know who he is.

Wait a bit, he may be waiting for the parts to arrive before he sends the money, which he could have told if he wanted to... after a while out him with feedback so we can see who it is. Give him the chance first.

Possible that he paid other bills with your cash, and is waiting for the other buyer to send payment to reimburse you.

That said, there is NO EXCUSE, on this or any other forum, for lack of communication from a buyer or seller, if they are online! If there is an issue, spit it out FFS!

give it some time, i agree totally that no communication is BS. if there are issues, he should communicate them to you. but dont get your feathers ruffled yet. it is possible that he is having difficultly/does not know how to tell you he spent the money.... and is waiting on more to come in/get paid from work ect...

First step contact moderator if he is not answering your PM

It might be another family member using the forum on his account. Be patient.........sometimes no news is good news. If it goes on for more than a couple of weeks, it could then be a problem.

I finally got the money after 5 days. I think he spent the money first.
If he was thinking giving me some kind of lesson... I had one but LEO wasn't far from being asked. ( direct advice of a moderator)
