Need a little help with mag extension tube

I have a Rem 870 Express with an 20" barrel. what size mag extension do I need to make it the same length as the barrel?

also, which products would you suggest. I have seen a few different ones that our sponsors carry, but the price difference is massive?

also, I saw an attachment (kind of looked like rings for a scope) that you could use to attach a small mag light to your barrel but do not know anything about the product - does this sound familar to anyone?
where can I find this product?

if you hav a 20" you need a +3 round
