Need a powder for my T3 30-06

I had loaded up a bunch of test rounds with BL-C2 but found that it shoots like #### out of my T3 30-06. The powder works great out of my .223 but not so out of my Tika. What are some of peoples favorite powders for the above setup.

Try 165 grain hunting bullets with IMR4064, IMR4895, H4895(they're not the same) or Varget.
BL-C2 is better in a .308.

I pretty much use only Varget , IMR4895 , H4895 , H4350 , and one other that i use only for my 10ML2 muzzleloader.

A healthy dose (57 -58gr max for me) of either of the 4350s and you should be golden. Reloader 22 is also supposed to work very well, but I have yet to try it.

Reloader 19 or IMR-4831 or IMR-4350.
If you cant make it shoot with one of those three then drive it muzzle down into the lawn and tie the doberman to it.

Im pretty new to reloading, about 5 months now... and while Ive bought several different types of powders - it seems that varget and IMR 4350 are my "go to" powders.

For accuracy light load 165gr or 168 match H4895 light load.
Absolutly the best powder I have tried for speed and accuracy in a hunting load with 165gr Nosler RL 17

Up to 58 grains of H4350 with a 165 gr bullet has always ended up being the best combination of accuracy and velocity in the 4-5 different 30-06's I've loaded for.

Imr 4350, Imr 4831 or h4831 all work very well for me. I use maily 165 gr bullets of different brands and magnum primers. Semm to get good results with all of them and the best in my rifle with Imr 4350.

Thanks for all the great info guys. It looks like 4350 get the majority vote. Has anyone tried H414 and if so what kind of results? I realy like the way sperical powders meter but if it won't shoot good then it doesn't mater how much I like it.

I've only tried 4064 and Varget with 165's, and both powders produced great groups.

I use reloader 22 and 200 grain sierra game kings in my T3, shoots well under an inch out to 200 yards, I'm not likely to take a shot any further. Killed 3 moose with this combination, bang flop all 3.
