Need a Quick Confirmation on AR Registration

Hey All

Stupid newb question from someone who should know better:

I wanted to confirm that AR uppers are not registered in Canada, only the lowers. I have never bought a upper alone and just wanted to make sure I understood the law correctly.

The lower is the serialized part on an AR. That is the ONLY part you need a RPAL for.
