Need a T33 Tokarev recoil spring button (spring retainer)

My recoil spring retainer decided it wanted to act like a missile and shot off into space, never to be seen again. Does anyone have an extra, or point me in the direction of a replacement? Yes I am thoroughly pee'd off. The wife heard the language and decided to stay out of the garage.

Yeah just called them and they're out of stock for 4-6 weeks. :-( Not to mention it's $14.00 shipping for an 8 dollar part. Geez, I hate that.

I lost one too. Until I got another, I just used a small bolt as a retainer. Worked just fine.

I think I got it from Apex Parts in USA.

Thanks Ganderite, brilliant idea using the bolt. My wife came out and helped me look, and she actually found it in a black garbage bag filled with her leather craft bits. It had shot across the room right into it. The REALLY good news is she also found some red wine I had forgotten about, so it's a win win!
