Need a tool for removing Win 3-position bolt shroud?

Hi guys is there a special tool made that removes the bolt shroud from a Win model 70 bolt?
Its always a hassle to get the shroud off and clean up the interior of the bolt and firing pin assembly.

#### the rifle
set the safety in teh middle position
remove bolt
push in the shroud lock on the left side of the shroud
unscrew

or are you trying to strip the firing pin and spring?

What is the shroud lock??
No i am not trying to strip the spring, but if there is a tool for that I will get it.

the shroud lock is a spring loaded clip that pushes in on the left side of the bolt. It mates with the bolt and lets you unscrew the shroud from the bolt, exposing the firing pin and spring.
