After getting dicked around by the entire Irish Setter boot company on getting a replacement pair of boots, I am going to get my 140.00 plus tax money back, and need to find new boots fast, as the hunting season is only weeks away.....
this is what I have

I have a pair of Buck tracker boots made by Irish Setter, they were great , I really love em, but only after wearing them 6-8 times, they are no longer water proof !!!
One would think that after paying 140.00 for a pair of boots, you would get more than one season out of them or at least more than a couple hunts.....

So after talking to the Provincial rep, there is no way im going to get my boots replaced in time, and if i do, it will be with a different pair, that has 1000 grams of thinsulate, my boots are non insulated, thats the way I wanna em, for walking in and hunting.
So where can i get a pair of similar high boots, Lebaron, Sir, Cabalas.

Hunting buddy has a pair of Cabela Pinnacle Zipper 17" and loves them. His are insulated with 400 grams but I know they have uninsulated as well. Also know a couple guys who have uninsulated redhead brand pull up knee highs from Bass pro shop, haven't heard any complaints.

How about a pair of KeneTrek or Schnee pac boots?

LeBaron has Schnee Sportsman 13" boots for $159

They have a lot less seams than most new cordura/leather boots so they will be easier to keep waterproof and will probably last longer.

Been searching the net now for a few days, having trouble finding something similar to the Irish setter buck tracker, should i try another pair of Irish setters, another type?
Are there any other boots company's that mail order, ive looked into Meindl's, hanwags etc, nutting there of my preference!
